Inspection and Notification

• In-Store Inspection:
  Customers must inspect the livestock before leaving the store to confirm that it is healthy and suitable for your aquatic environment.
• Notification of Issue:
  If you discover a deceased fish upon arrival at your home, please notify us within 2 hours of in-store pick-up. For after-hours issues, send an email to:

Proof and Replacement Process

• Proof Required:
  Provide a clear photo of the deceased fish in its sealed, original packaging, bag, or container. Please put this on a white background.
• Replacement Options:
  • Eligible replacements are subject to availability and team discretion.
  • If a same or similar replacement is not available, the cost of the fish will be credited to an in-store trade card.
• Care Responsibility:
  Replacement may be refused if it is determined that the fish was not properly cared for after leaving our store.

Service Clause

We offer different guarantees based on your service schedule:

Weekly Service Clients

• Livestock Guarantee: 72 hours from pick-up.
• Replacement Limit: Up to 3 replacements are allowed, following the guidelines outlined above.

Bi-Weekly and Monthly Service Clients

• Livestock Guarantee: 24 hours from pick-up.
• Replacement Limit: 1 replacement is allowed, following the guidelines outlined above.

Final Sales Notice

All livestock sales are final once the animal leaves our store.
We encourage you to carefully examine your livestock and ask any questions before purchase. After leaving our store, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure the well-being of the aquatic life.
