Shark Reef Exotic Aquariums Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Return & Exchange Options

If you’d like to return or exchange your order or in-store purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Returned products may be exchanged for store credit or a different product of equal or greater value (with any price difference covered by you).

Return Requirements

• All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• A valid receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food or magazines), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Livestock (including amphibians, coral, fish, invertebrates, live rock, plants, and any live organism), new or used fish tanks, custom-made or built parts, plumbing, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Down Payment Deposits: All down payments for goods or services are non-refundable. Deposits for livestock and tanks, as well as tank purchases not picked up within 2 months, will be forfeited.

Return Process

To return an item, please visit our shop in person with your receipt. Returns or exchanges must be completed in-person at our store. Alternatively, you may email us at info@sharkreef.fish with your Order Number and reason for return. Our support team, available during regular business hours, will guide you through the next steps. For online purchases, refunds will be processed through the online portal. If this isn’t possible, a refund will be issued as a gift card for store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) to confirm that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to this policy.
